Registration is a 2 step process. Sending the registration form by email and making the payment here.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Registration for day camp cancelled before May 2, 2018 will be charged a $125 cancellation fee, for overnight camp a $250 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance of any amount paid refunded.
  • Registrations cancelled after May 2, 2018 are Non-Refundable (For Any Reason - Medical Included) - NO EXCEPTIONS, and
  • If cancelling after May 2, 2018 any deposits/payments paid will be held and credited towards the camper's account, to be used towards the camper's own registration for the following 2 years.

The reason for our policy is that most bookings, especially overnight camps are made prior to May and our camps become full. When our camps are full we turn clients away and they find other camps and we cannot refill the spots as they have made alternative arrangements.
