What to expect at our P4T camps:

Our camps are built for girls who want to move, try new things, and challenge themselves. Every week is packed with:

    • Stand-Up Paddleboarding
    • Beach days at Casimir Growski Park
    • Fitness circuits, games & obstacle courses
    • Scavenger hunts around Bloor West Village
    • Swimming
    • Friday Pizza Lunch & Liv’s DIVA Day!

Campers leave tired, smiling, and full of stories - many call it “the best camp ever.” Whooo hooo!

The Tween day camp & Teen camps run separately out of the same location (we split by ages, so don't worry, reluctant teens will realize this camp is cool). The Tween & Teen programs are based around similar concepts but vary based on the age of the audience with more emphasis on leadership and creating and presenting ideas for teen groups.

We create a relaxed carefree environment where we can randomly break into freestyle dancing or run around a field screaming wildly their favourite songs. We cover it all, built from what they’ve asked for, and we’re always ready to evolve when they do.

Week 5: Leader in Training (13–16 yrs)

For teens ready to step up, LIT combines leadership training with summer fun.

    Leadership Focus

    • Team-building & communication
    • Understanding strengths & leadership styles
    • Problem-solving & conflict resolution
    • Building confidence to lead now and in the future

    Plus Summer Fun

    • Paddleboarding, swimming, dancing & games

Week 5 attendees only will earn a Power4Teens LIT Certificate and can apply to volunteer at future camps.

    Tween Overnight Camp (10–13 yrs)

    Location: Algonquin Highlands, ON

Not your typical overnight camp. Our boutique-style program (max 12 campers, 5 leaders) blends outdoor adventure with skill-building in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Our summer camps are all about fun, independence, and adventure – with a healthy dose of real-life skills. Girls dive into summer activities while building leadership, teamwork, and compassion for themselves and others. We focus on what schools and today’s culture often do not have time for: mindfulness, authentic connection, acceptance, and a chance to unplug from technology and social media. Parents (and campers) often tell us the experience feels life-changing.

We run camp like a family. Whether girls arrive solo or with friends, they quickly become part of a tight-knit crew. Traveling in one bus with music pumping, exploring new places, and sharing adventures creates a sense of independence – while always feeling cared for by our team.

And unlike oversized camps, we’re committed to staying small and authentic. No matter the demand, our promise is to keep things personal, connected, and true to our vision.

    Highlights

    • Paddleboarding, swimming, volleyball & beach fitness
    • Treasure hunts & team challenges
    • Karaoke night & campfire fun
    • Creative workshops & crafts
    • Journaling
    • Healthy, delicious meals cooked together at the cottage

Why we have our policy in place:

The reason for our policy is that most bookings and planning for all programs (especially overnight camp) are made prior to March, so when our camps become full, we turn clients away, making it challenging to then fill the remaining spots. Please do keep in mind, we are a small community business promoting empowerment of our youth. We do it for love not the money, however, still need to survive.
