Summer Camp Refunds:
Registration for day camp cancelled before May 31, 2022 will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, for overnight camp a $250 cancellation fee, the remaining balance of any amount will be refunded.
Registrations cancelled on or after June 1, 2022 are Non-Refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS, however, any deposits/payments paid will be held and credited towards any of our programs in the following 2 years.
March Break Camp Refunds:
Registration for camp cancelled before December 31, 2021 will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, the remaining balance of any amount will be refunded.
Registrations cancelled on or after January 1, 2022 are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS, however, any deposits/payments paid will be held and credited towards any of our programs for 2 years.
Girls Group Refunds:
NO refunds. Girls group spots are already limited and are hard to replace especially in the middle of a session. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly if you are interested in trying out a class prior to registering online. A credit can be used for up to two years or can be transferred to someone else (only at the beginning of a new session). If an exception is made, an administration fee will be applied.

Registrations cancelled on or after January 1, 2022 are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS. Retreat spots are already limited and are hard to replace especially with short notice. You can transfer your registration to someone else however will need to be approved in advance.
Due to the worldwide event, we would like to acknowledge and understand our original refund policy does not apply. If the City of Toronto & Toronto Public Health do not permit private summer camps to operate, day & overnight camp, retreats or any of our other programs, you will be refunded less an administration fee of 7%. The administration fee is charged to cover a portion of our costs that we have incurred.
*Please note: If the City of Toronto allows us to continue for summer and you wish to cancel your registration, our regular cancellation policy will apply*
The reason for our policy is that most bookings and planning for all programs (especially overnight camps) are made prior to April, so when our camps become full, we turn clients away, making it challenging to then fill the remaining spots. Also, please remember we are a small community business promoting empowerment of our youth. We do it for love not the money, however, still need to survive!
