Teen Leadership Camp (Age 13+) leader in training

Due to COVID-19 2021 OVERNIGHT CAMPS ARE CANCELLED - OUR SINCERE  APOLOGIES! We thought this was the best decision due to the current uncertainty and to ensure safety of all staff and campers + their families. Looking forward to seeing you all next year! 

Our teen leadership camp is unique and unlike any other. Maybe it shouldn't be called camp, because it's more like a leadership retreat.




We take a maximum of 15 teen girls (13-16) and offer them an overnight experience teaching leadership from the inside out. Our belief that effective leadership starts from the core of self acceptance and self understanding of both strengths and weaknesses is the basis of our program which is about self discovery and a new more positive way to view themselves, their strengths and weaknesses. These lessons create girls who have more self understanding and as a result become a more positive role model and leader.  We will teach these junior leaders the concepts from our LIT program and they will work on achieving leadership skills that they can immediately put to use in their every day life. 




We will have open discussions with them about life, streetsmartz, resilience, self acceptance, anxieties and helping them work out who they are and who they want to become. We get them out of their comfort zone allowing them to grow and find their authenticity. 

We believe in a healthy mind, body and soul and while they learn at camp we also incorporate physical activities into our day, exercises on the beach, fun dancing classes, yoga, stand up paddle boarding and roller skating at the local community centre. We provide a lot of laughter and fun for the soul as well.




Girls feel empowered and free because we are a smaller group travelling in 2 12 seater vans, so we can go into town and mix with life outside camp at a local ski show, downtown Bala for ice-cream, on local hikes or out to Gravenhurst for the afternoon.

We connect with each other and ourselves by meditation, in role plays, around the campfire and discussions on the dock.




This camp is a life changer of positivity, laughter, connection to self and you'll wish you could go too -  and you can, just not this one, but join us on one of our Women's retreats or mum/dad/daughter weekends away and you'll get it.

Cost:

•  $1,100 + HST (Early Bird Rate)
• $1,225 + HST (Regular Rate after April 1)
